The tracking number will be sent to the email address where you registered your account. General goods take 1-2 weeks and 2-3 weeks for toy guns.Usually our products are shipped free of charge, but there are some countries that cannot be shipped through normal logistics, so a shipping fee may be charged.

If you see "Not Found" or no updates when tracking your order, please don't worry. This is common in the shipping process.

Typically, after your order leaves our warehouse, it takes 3–5 days to be handed over to the carrier. The carrier will scan the package upon export and update the tracking online, which may take an additional 1–2 days.

Therefore, it can take 5–8 days from when you receive the tracking number for continuous updates to appear.

The following situations are normal and may cause tracking to pause:

1. During international transit and customs clearance: After the package departs from China and before it arrives in your country, tracking may not update for several days. The package may be in queue for customs clearance or awaiting pickup by the local carrier—this process can take 3–7 days.
2. For US shipments using new logistics systems: Some packages to the US may show only one scan until USPS receives them. This is normal. Once USPS picks up the package, you will see ongoing updates, which also means your delivery is approaching.

Notes for Newcomers1. Gel Ball Preparation: Soaking Time: Soak gel balls for at least 6 hours to ensure proper expansion. Ideal Size: Standard size: 7.15mm–7.3mm (optimal for most gel blasters). Too-small gel balls may cause short range or failure to fire. Water Quality Impact: Impure water can result in smaller gel balls. If gel balls are undersized, switch to pure water for better expansion.
2. Loading Gel Balls: Strain water before loading gel balls into magazines to prevent jamming. Use the correct loading port (gel blasters have a dedicated magazine port, different from real guns).
3. Battery Safety & Usage: Correct Connection: Ensure the USB data cable pins are aligned properly—wrong insertion may burn out the battery. Charging & Storage: Fully charge before use. Remove the battery when not in use to extend blaster lifespan.
4. Outdoor Safety: Always attach an orange tip to your gel blaster when using it outdoors for safety and compliance.

High-end customization and upgrade products are made by our experienced technicians, so we do not recommend that novice players modify or upgrade the internal structure. You can try modifying appearance accessories, such as red dot sights, backgrounds, extended magazines, etc., which can be purchased in the store.
